Team Lead, Software Development – Infor Pathway
- Lead and develop the software development team supporting the Infor Pathway product, ensuring each member is positioned to maximize their contribution.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Own the software development lifecycle for the product, including planning, execution, code quality, and stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between developers, business analysts, the Product Director, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on vision, priorities, and deliverables.
- Continuously assess and improve development processes, leveraging comparative advantage and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and principled entrepreneurship.
- Deliver reliable, scalable, and maintainable software that meets business objectives and customer needs.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and innovative team environment aligned with Koch’s values.
- Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement in software quality and delivery.
- Demonstrate stewardship of resources and support the professional growth of team members.
- Maintain clear, open communication with the Product Director, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
