We are looking for a People Services & Country Advisor to join our team in Kolding. You will combine hands-on HR expertise with knowledge of Danish employment legislation, and be working where local requirements, people and global HR processes meet.
People Services provides standardized services across the Vattenfall Group, and in this role, you will help ensure they work effectively in a Danish context.
What you will do
- Provide practical HR advice and guidance to employees, managers and HR colleagues
- Prepare contracts, amendments and other employment documentation

Is this you?
You have solid experience within HR Operations or a similar environment, together with good knowledge of Danish employment legislation. You enjoy solving problems, taking ownership, and turning complex HR questions into practical solutions.
You communicate confidently in Danish and English and are comfortable working across teams, functions and countries at all levels of the organization.
Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors or ServiceNow is an advantage.
An interest in, or experience using AI as a practical tool to simplify and improve HR processes would be a strong advantage.
Experience working with blue-collar employees and Danish trade unions is a preferred competence.
You will not be expected to know everything. But we do expect you to be curious enough to find out.
Most importantly, you bring drive, curiosity and the confidence to challenge how things are done and help us make them better.
Why join us?
You will join a team built on trust and honesty, where we speak up, challenge each other constructively, support one another, and, importantly, laugh a lot.
You will have real ownership, an international network and the opportunity to influence how HR services are developed in Denmark. The role also offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the possibility of working from home up to two days per week.
If you enjoy solving HR challenges, making complicated things simpler and shaping how People Services should work tomorrow, we would love to hear from you.
