About the role
We're seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to be our subject matter expert on the technical aspects of user and device identity solutions for the Enterprise. This is a dynamic, engineering-focused position that blends hands-on development, configuration, and debugging with critical business-as-usual operations.

Day-to-day, you will:
- Design, develop, and configure Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), federation, Privileged Access Management (PAM), automated provisioning, and access governance.
- Define and deliver access control policies, processes, and standards to safeguard our corporate and operational technology systems.
- Drive the continuous improvement of our IAM capabilities by implementing automation, enhancing system configurations, and adopting DevOps best practices.
- Develop and manage dashboards to monitor the health of IAM systems and report on key performance indicators.
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
- Great communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business and technical audiences.
- Proven expertise in implementing, supporting, and troubleshooting Identity Access Management & Governance tools (such as Idira, Okta, or SailPoint) and integrating them with enterprise systems. Hands-on Idira experience, particularly supporting and enhancing a live platform.
- A strong background in programming or scripting languages such as Python or Java to build and maintain IAM integrations and automation.
- Experience designing and implementing IDAM capabilities in line with Zero Trust principles.
- A degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent industry experience in a comparable enterprise-level role.
