Clarity · United States · remote
Clarity is modernizing the relationship between schools and families. Our platform simplifies complex, yet critical functions like admission, financial aid, enrollment, and billing. Since launching in 2022, we’ve grown to support 1,800+ schools and hundreds of thousands of families. As we continue to build, our mission remains clear: to make education more accessible for families and more sustainable for schools.
About the RoleOur teams all rely on strong operational structure and support to keep things running smoothly. As a General Operations Specialist, you’ll help our Operations team turn planned improvements into finished work. You’ll help keep our CRM, hiring tools, and internal documentation in good shape, and make sure projects across our Operations and GTM (Go-to-Market) teams keep moving.
This is a fully remote role for someone early in their career, with the chance to take on real project ownership quickly.
What You'll Do- Carry out defined improvements on operations projects from planning to completion.
- Research questions and turn findings into clear summaries that support decisions.
- Track and coordinate operations projects across teams so that nothing stalls without an owner.
- Write clear processes for our growing library that others can rely on. Keep handbooks and support documentation up to date so they remain usable and findable.
- Support our CRM and other third-party tools. Clean up data, build views and reports, and field day-to-day questions from the GTM teams.
- Help People Operations maintain standards and processes across the organization including hiring, onboarding, training, and other company operations as priorities evolve.
- Assist with scheduling and coordination for company-wide meetings and events.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification.

- Process-oriented: You like turning messy work into clear, repeatable steps.
- Curious and coachable: You ask questions, look for context and existing processes before jumping to solutions, and want to learn from those around you.
- A self-starter: You take initiative, work through blockers on your own when you can, and keep work moving without waiting to be asked.
- A steady executor who follows a plan through to completion and flags potential blockers early.
- Interested in owning small projects from start to finish, and building toward larger projects over time.
- Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and spotting patterns or errors.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members across functions.
Nice to Have - Hands-on experience in HubSpot or other CRMs (we’ll train you on our HubSpot setup)
