Our Bellevue, WA location is seeking a Deal Services Associate.

Primary Responsibilities
- Participates in quality of earnings due diligence engagement related to acquisitions by private equity investor groups and strategic corporate buyers.
- Analyzes financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
- Prepares/evaluates pro forma financial information.
- Evaluates effects of seasonality and cyclicality on cash flow requirements.
- Performs Industry and company research. Correlates due diligence findings with client valuations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required – Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
- Eligible to sit for CFA, CPA or other post graduate degree or relevant industry/service certification a plus.
- General knowledge of accounting principles and reporting of financial data.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Proficient with Microsoft (MS) Windows and Office products.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client sites.
The wage range for this position is: $58,400 – $90,000
Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
