ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage engineering team building AI-powered software for in-person sales teams. You will ship customer-facing product features across the stack, helping users improve coaching and sales workflows while contributing to the technical foundations of a growing product.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship high-quality product features, including workflows developed from the ground up.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and take features from development through production.
- Understand customer needs and use that context to develop practical product solutions.
- Raise the bar for code quality and technical decision-making as the engineering team grows.
- Grow your ownership and technical scope alongside the company, and help recruit future engineers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to three years of software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping user-facing product features.
- Full-stack experience with React or React Native, TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience building and iterating quickly in a startup environment, including developing products or features from the ground up.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure as part of product delivery; AWS experience is a plus.
- Strong product judgment, customer empathy, and an interest in learning directly from users.
- Strong CS fundamentals, entrepreneurial drive, and examples of impactful technical work beyond day-to-day responsibilities.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $192,500 to $258,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
