This position will be based in our HQ in Gothenburg, reporting to Senior Director, IT.

Job summary

You will be responsible for the stability, security and continuous improvement of our Microsoft-based infrastructure and our network environment. Working closely with colleagues in IT and across the business, you will be the lead for complex technical issues and you will help shape how our infrastructure evolves as the group grows. The role combines hands-on operational work with improvement projects, and you will have real influence over how things are done.

Your responsibilities will include:

Administering and developing our Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and related services

Managing identity and access through Entra ID (Azure AD), including conditional access, MFA and lifecycle management

Operating and optimising our Azure infrastructure, with a focus on security, cost control and reliability

Operating our network infrastructure, including firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi and site-to-site connectivity between our offices

Operating and developing our on-prem virtual infrastructure

Driving security improvements, patch management, monitoring and backup routines

Documenting systems and processes according to, and contributing to, IT policies and standards

Contribute to best practices and continuously improve ways of working

We believe you have several years of experience working as a systems administrator or in a similar infrastructure role, ideally in an international environment. You are comfortable owning complex systems end to end and enjoy both solving problems and preventing them from happening in the first place.

Minimum requirements:

Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure

Minimum 5 years of hands-on networking experience in an operational role

Experience in working in an international environment

It is beneficial if you also have any of the following:

Relevant Microsoft Certifications (for example Z-104, MS-102 or SC-300)

CompTIA Security+ certifications

Experience working in an ISO 27001-certified environment

Experience operating virtual environments based on VMware and/or ProxMox.
