Located in the heart of Cork City on Washington Street, we're proud to be the go-to spot for everything from brunch dates to celebrations.
We're now hiring chefs of all grades to join our kitchen team — whether you're starting out or already experienced, we have a role to match your skill level.
Wages:
From €14.50/hour, depending on experience and grade
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking dishes to SpitJack standards
- Working across sections of the kitchen as required by grade and experience
- Ensuring consistent quality, presentation, and portion control
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment
- Following food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times
- Managing stock rotation and storage where applicable
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members (for senior grades)
- Contributing to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
