The Role
As a Managing Consultant IT Strategy & Transformation at Kyndryl, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executive stakeholders, guiding global organizations through complex digital modernizations and cloud adoption journeys. You will lead multidisciplinary consulting engagements, shaping strategic IT roadmaps aligned with overarching business objectives.
Operating in a hybrid working model based out of Île-de-France (IDF), you will champion end-to-end transformation programs by bridging technical execution with strategic vision. Your leadership will empower clients to modernize legacy infrastructures, embrace agile governance, and maximize business value in an evolving digital landscape.
What You Will Do
- Lead strategic IT transformation consulting engagements for enterprise clients across diverse industries.
- Design enterprise architecture frameworks and target operating models aligned with business goals.
- Drive organizational change management strategies to ensure seamless adoption of digital initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and IT operations optimization to boost efficiency.
- Apply ITIL service management principles to streamline delivery and governance processes.
- Integrate DevSecOps practices into IT modernization roadmaps to enhance delivery speed and security.
- Facilitate executive workshops, co-creation sessions, and steering committee presentations.
- Mentor consulting team members and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.

You are a seasoned senior consultant with 10–15+ years of experience leading complex IT transformations and strategic advisory engagements. You possess a strong growth mindset and operate with high autonomy, navigating ambiguity with confidence. Customer success is central to your approach, and you bring a collaborative, borderless perspective to driving innovation and value for executive stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10 to 15+ years of experience in IT management consulting or large-scale project management.
- Proven expertise in Enterprise Architecture and target operating model design.
- Strong track record in organizational change management and digital transformation leadership.
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management principles.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Practical experience with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD integration.
- Familiarity with legacy modernizations, including COBOL and mainframe environments.
- Certification or experience in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Hands-on experience implementing enterprise IT automation solutions.
