We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant / Kitchen Porter to join our team at Fort George, IV2 7TD. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and customer-focused individual to support both front-of-house and kitchen operations within a busy military catering environment.

What you'll be doing
- Serving food and beverages to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assisting with food preparation and service
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout dining and kitchen areas
- Washing dishes, kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils
- Supporting stock replenishment and deliveries
- Assisting with waste disposal and recycling procedures
- Following food safety, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
- Supporting the wider catering team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the service
About you
- Previous catering, hospitality, customer service, or kitchen porter experience is desirable but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Good attention to detail
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service
Important Requirements
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check prior to commencing employment
