JOB PURPOSE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES
- Support the assigned department in day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within required timelines.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and information in line with business requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the Bank.
- Provide a high standard of service while demonstrating professionalism and accountability.
- Learn and follow relevant banking processes, procedures, policies, and systems.
- Participate in learning and development opportunities to build professional and technical capabilities.
REQUIRMENTS
- High School Diploma, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree, depending on the available opportunity.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn, develop, and build a career within the banking sector.
- Strong teamwork, customer-service orientation, and attention to detail.
