We provide a modern, cloud-based core banking platform to more than 50 Nordic banks, serving over 2 million end customers. Our solutions include daily banking operations, mobile and online banking, payments, investment, risk management, compliance, and open banking. We are looking for a new Associate Test Consultant to join us on this adventure and act as the link between our clients, their business needs, and our technical solutions.
Work Tasks and Responsibilities
Testing and quality assurance are crucial to the IT solutions we develop together with our customers. As an Associate Test Consultant, you will help ensure that our solutions meet business requirements and deliver value to our customers and the people who rely on them.
You will be part of a project team, working closely with colleagues, customers, business stakeholders, and developers. You will help translate business requirements into practical testing activities, identify potential issues, and ensure that the final solution meets expectations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Understanding business requirements and translating them into clear testing objectives.
- Analysing functional and non-functional aspects of IT solutions.
- Designing and documenting test cases based on business needs and system requirements.
- Executing functional, non-functional, and regression tests.
- Contributing to test strategies and detailed test plans.
- Identifying, analysing, and communicating defects and potential improvements.
- Collaborating with customers and developers to resolve issues and ensure solution quality.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and project deliverables.

You are analytical, curious, and structured in your approach to problem-solving. You enjoy understanding how things work, identifying potential issues, and connecting business needs with technical solutions.
You can communicate effectively with different stakeholders, understand complex requirements, and help ensure that IT solutions meet customer expectations.
