🌰 About SkelloSkello is the AI-powered HR management solution for frontline teams.
HR tools were designed for offices, yet 55% of the workforce works on their feet and deserves technology built for the field. Our mission is to make their day-to-day better.
For managers and HR leads, Skello offers seamless management from hiring to payroll: our AI automates time-consuming tasks so they can anticipate and oversee while staying fully in control. For teams, Skello guarantees a transparent, collaborative experience from day one.
In July 2026, we reached a major milestone by announcing a €200M funding round to accelerate our growth. After 10 years of listening to our customers, this new chapter reflects our conviction: technology should support and simplify work, never replace people.

🧭 ContextWithin the Skello Connect team, you are the go-to Technical Project Manager for Spain and Skello's new international markets. You are responsible for scoping, driving, and monitoring integrations between Skello and our clients' systems (payroll, HRIS, third-party tools), ensuring that every new country we launch is seamlessly connected to its local ecosystem. You act as the techno-functional expert for internal teams, clients, and software vendor partners. Your cross-functional role is essential to our international growth!
🎯 Your missions1.Opening New Markets
- Map out the local ecosystem of each new market: payroll vendors, HRIS, and the most common connectors used by our target customers.
- Assess the feasibility and complexity of priority integrations, collaborating with Product to build the country-by-country integration roadmap.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local software partners: lead technical workshops, define partner specifications, and negotiate timelines, SLAs, and technical constraints (rate limits, data exchange formats).
2.Driving End-to-End Integrations
- Analyze technical and functional requirements from prospects and customers alongside the Sales and Account Management teams.
- Write functional and technical specifications, coordinating with the Product and Tech teams.
- Track development tickets and QA/acceptance testing, supporting clients throughout their testing phase.
- Manage incidents and maintenance (run), handing over to Support once the integration is stabilized.
- Implement success metrics and track the activation and actual usage of integrations.
3.Supporting and Upskilling Local Teams
- Train and support Spain's CX, Onboarding, Sales, and Account Management teams—who are often more junior—on integration challenges.
- Evangelize what integrations can and cannot do to keep sales pitches accurate and grounded.
- Build playbooks and reusable resources so each new market gets up to speed faster.
- Provide structured feedback on edge cases and unsupported scenarios to enrich the Product roadmap.
4.AI and Agentic Workflows
- Leverage AI assistants (e.g., Claude) daily to accelerate your workflows: feasibility scoping, reverse-engineering partner specifications, drafting specs, and summarizing payloads and API exchanges.
- Utilize our internal copilots integrated with Jira, GitHub, and Notion, knowing exactly when their outputs are reliable or need to be challenged.
- Maintain a critical eye: verify, cite sources, and never mistake an AI hallucination for technical feasibility.
Team Setup & Organization
- You are an integral part of the Skello Connect TPM team, alongside Déborah, Valentina, and a France-based TPM (currently being recruited).
- You are managed remotely by Victor, Engineering Director, based in Paris. We meet up in person at least once a quarter.
- English is the working language across the team.
What we’re looking for- At least 6 years of experience in technical project management, SaaS integration, HRIS, payroll, or information systems.
- Engineering background, or a business degree complemented by solid technical skills (coding bootcamp, hands-on integration experience, etc.).
- Ability to read JSON payloads, analyze API exchanges, handle SFTP import/export data flows, and investigate anomalies using logs and dashboards (Datadog, Looker).
- Strong knowledge of the Spanish market, especially the payroll and HR ecosystem.
- Highly autonomous: you work effectively with a remote manager and are confident making independent decisions when facing clients or partners.
- Passion for knowledge sharing: you have experience training or mentoring less experienced teams.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. French is a plus.
Nice to have
- Experience launching a new market or working in an international setting.
- Background in HR, payroll, or workforce management environments.
- Prior experience building reusable AI workflows (structured prompts, skills, custom projects) for a team.
