- Foster a positive, customer-focused experience by interacting professionally with residents, families, and team members.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three (3) years of maintenance experience, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

- Demonstrated knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general facility maintenance.

- Ability to diagnose maintenance issues, perform repairs, and implement preventive maintenance programs.

- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, life safety standards, and general building codes.

- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, vendors, and team members.

- Ability to work independently while leading and collaborating with others in a team-oriented environment.

- Must be available to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergency maintenance situations as needed.

- Proficient in the safe operation and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, bend, stoop, reach, and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are preferred.
