In a world of noise, we find the signal — the pulse of potential. We weave the strands of talent, vision, and purpose into organizations that endure. Blending intelligence with intuition, we honor the human art of connection at the heart of every great company.About the Job
We are partnered with a workforce management technology company on the search for a Principal Product Implementation Consultant. This is a hands-on, technical role spanning both pre-sales and post-sales, with broad impact on how customers and partners experience the platform.
The company's technology sits at the center of its customers' workforce operations, and this role is pivotal to how new customers and partners get up and running, and how existing deployments stay healthy once they're live.
This person will be responsible for becoming a deep expert on the platform, leading discovery and configuration for direct customers, enabling partners to configure the platform correctly, and resolving technical issues as they arise in live deployments.
The Mandate
This organization is clear about what it is—and is not—seeking.
They are not looking for a theoretical trainer or someone who only understands the platform at a conceptual level.
They are seeking a builder-operator: a technical consultant who can get hands-on in discovery calls, configure the platform to meet real customer requirements, and troubleshoot issues directly in live, production deployments—for both direct customers and partners.

- Rapidly become an expert on the company's technology platform
- Demonstrate the technology platform to customers and partners
- Provide product training to customers and partners
- For direct customers: lead discovery calls and project meetings, provide advice, and perform configuration of the platform to meet customer requirements

- Assist customers and partners with resolving technical post-sales issues in live customer deployments
