We’re looking for a hands-on Grounds & Maintenance Attendant to join our team at NRMA Murramarang Beachfront Holiday Resort, located on beautiful Yuin Country on the NSW South Coast.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety. One day you might be keeping our grounds and gardens looking their best, and the next you could be tackling maintenance jobs around the resort and helping make sure everything is ready for our guests.
What you’ll do
- Maintain the resort’s grounds and gardens
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs across guest accommodation, amenities and resort facilities
- Assist with painting, basic repairs and general handyperson tasks
- Help with larger maintenance projects and renovations when required
- Safely use a variety of tools and equipment
- Assist guests with maintenance-related requests when needed
- Help keep the resort safe, tidy and looking its best
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in grounds, property maintenance, facilities, landscaping or a hands-on trade environment
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Good time management and an eye for detail
- A practical approach to problem solving
- A positive, hardworking and self-motivated attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to safe working practices
- Great customer service skills and a willingness to help our guests
Trade experience in areas such as electrical or plumbing and experience with pool maintenance would be highly regarded, based on existing NRMA maintenance role requirements.
