Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

You will design UK-hosted infrastructure, deploy products to cloud, on-premise, and air-gapped environments, and support them throughout operation. You will improve developer tooling, own CI/CD and deployment strategies, debug distributed systems, and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and architecture of UK-hosted infrastructure
- Build and deploy products into cloud, on-premise, and air-gapped environments using infrastructure as code
- Host UK-approved AI models in secure programmes
- Improve developer tooling and effectiveness
- Own CI/CD systems and deployment strategies
- Support Hardware-in-the-Loop integration
- Debug distributed-system edge cases and lead incident responses
- Translate product and customer requirements into technical solutions
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying production infrastructure
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools
- Expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, containers, and microservices
- Python or Bash scripting experience
- Linux operating-system experience
- Ability to hold UK Security Clearance
