🎯 WHAT WILL YOU DO?- Be the soul of our store alongside the Store Manager: you'll drive operations, atmosphere and energy.
- Deliver a unique experience: close, authentic, unforgettable.
- Lead with numbers: hit targets and take them to the next level.
- Create visual impact: merchandising that speaks for the brand.
- Be real support: solve, motivate and push the team upwards.
- Work with vision: inventory, costs and continuous improvement.
- Take charge of the store when the Store Manager is not there.
⚡ WHO ARE YOU?- You have experience leading teams in retail — if it's in fashion or streetwear, even better.
- You transmit confidence, style and leadership in every step.
- You're organized, fast and detail-oriented.
- You can read the customer and offer solutions on the spot.
- You're available on weekends and holidays, when the store vibes the most.
- You speak Italian and fluent English (other languages are a big plus).
📆 YOUR DAY-TO-DAY- Lead the team with energy and presence.
- Keep the store in top shape: clean, organized, alive.
- Make sure our top-sellers never run out.
- Process sales with flow and efficiency.
- Receive new collections and set them up with style and precision.
📍 THE ROLE- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- COLD Store Milan — Porta Ticinese.
- Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
