At a high

Key

Responsibilities

• Lead changes to Encryption Libraries and Key Management

Services, including migration of code from Low to High environments.

• Design, implement, and test complex software across

clients, Portal, Proxy services, and OpenBao-based key management services.

• Establish and apply best practices through

collaborative communication, planning documentation, system testing, and defect

resolution.

• Manage day-to-day efforts toward project

accomplishments and contribute to planning and status communications.

• Partner with virtual teams in a matrix environment and

operate with strong ownership across multiple parts of a project.

Required

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship.

• Active Top Secret / SCI with Full Scope Polygraph.

• 12+ years of professional working experience.

• B.S. in Computer Science or related field (or 8 years

of equivalent work experience).

• Experience with C or C++.

• 8+ years of Java development on both Linux and Windows

platforms.

• Proficiency in at least one additional high-level

language (Python, Go, or Rust preferred; JavaScript desired).

• 5+ years of cryptographic experience with a solid

understanding of key management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the

ability to build rapport with team members and clients.

Preferred

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a contractor in the Intelligence

Community.

• 8+ years of experience with modern software development

management.

• Working understanding of Agile methodology.

• 5+ years of experience with REST APIs.

• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms, tools, and

administration.

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and performance

evaluation skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting

requirements or deadlines.
