Supervisor / Senior Patent Engineer

Job Responsibilities- Research and track patent policies, laws, regulations and industry development trends in Europe and Brazil, and formulate corresponding operational guidelines.
- Conduct insight and analysis of industry intelligence for jurisdictions in Europe and Brazil, and develop European patent layout strategies.
- Be responsible for patent application, Office Action (OA), invalidation support, litigation support and quality control in Europe and Brazil.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Automotive, Chemistry, Mechanical, Electrical, Telecommunications or other related majors; English can be used as a working language.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in patent practice; candidates with work experience in Fortune Global 500 enterprises or European & American law firms are preferred.
- Proficient in patent laws and patent application practices of European and Brazilian jurisdictions.
- Possess excellent communication skills, teamwork ability and execution capability.
