What you’ll do:
- Provide professional and timely information to customers regarding import/export processes and regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Work with a variety of internal systems and tools to manage customer requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders worldwide (including different departments, agencies, and global partners).

RequirementsYou'll need to have:

- Control of office tools, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High proficiency in English
