Note:
Candidates must be admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey and have 1+ year of civil litigation experience. Professional liability and/or securities litigation experience is preferred but not required.

Job Description
- Manage an active caseload and help drive matters from initial assignment through resolution.
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, responses, and other litigation documents.
- Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, court appearances, and case conferences.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide clear updates, recommendations, and strategic guidance.
- Conduct legal research and analyze complex factual and legal issues.
- Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced attorneys.
- Manage deadlines, discovery obligations, and competing case priorities.
- Contribute to matters involving professional liability, securities, employment, insurance-related claims, and other civil litigation.
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active New York and New Jersey bar admission required.
- 1+ year of civil litigation experience required.
- Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and priorities.
- Experience with professional liability and/or securities litigation preferred.
- Deposition, motion practice, discovery, or direct client experience is a plus.
