Produce Associate (Warehouse)
Location: Brewster, NY
Schedule: Monday - Friday || 7:00AM - 4:00PM|| Full-Time
Pay: $18/hour
What You'll Do
- Repack full cases of produce into smaller increments to prepare orders for shipment
- Assemble boxes, bags, and labels for shipment
- Move product between warehouse storage and the repack area using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and powered industrial equipment
- Perform daily inventory and quality control counts, and use our Warehouse Management System to identify production needs
- Inspect and safely operate assigned equipment, including pre-trip inspections
- Keep your work area clean and sanitized, following safety and food safety procedures
- Help with clerical tasks and audits that support warehouse logistics
What We're Looking For
- Warehouse experience preferred; electric pallet jack or forklift experience a plus
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs. frequently, with occasional heavier lifts (up to 100 lbs. seldom)
- Comfortable standing and walking for long periods, bending, twisting, and working on concrete floors
- Ability to work at a steady, fast pace for the whole shift, on a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow directions
- Basic math skills and proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Willingness to learn all equipment and follow safety practices and company policies

Additional Info
This warehouse role keeps our produce orders accurate and ready for shipment. The work environment includes powered industrial equipment, moderate to high noise levels, slippery floors, and varying temperatures, from below zero in the freezers to 95°F or above outdoors. Shift start and end times may vary with daily operational needs.
