Community Housing Partners (CHP) is looking for an Energy Solutions Project Coordinator I to support our energy efficiency, weatherization, and home health and safety programs.

In this entry-level role, you'll help coordinate projects, maintain accurate records, process documentation, and support the teams making homes safer, healthier, and more energy-efficient. You'll work with a supportive team, learn valuable skills, and gain experience in project coordination and program administration.

You don't need a background in energy efficiency to succeed. We're looking for someone who is organized, comfortable learning new systems, and takes pride in getting the details right.

What You'll Do

As an Energy Solutions Project Coordinator I, you'll support the daily administrative activities that keep projects moving forward.

Project Coordination & Documentation

-

Review, organize, and process project documentation for accuracy and completeness.

-

Track project progress, update records, and assist with completing projects in utility and funding systems.

-

Maintain organized project files and meet documentation deadlines.

-

Identify missing information and work with team members to resolve routine issues.

Data & Administrative Support

-

Enter and maintain accurate information in customer relationship management (CRM), utility, and internal systems.

-

Assist with basic reporting, scheduling, and general office coordination.

-

Support daily workflows and help keep administrative processes running smoothly.

Customer Service & Team Collaboration

-

Respond professionally to questions from customers, utility partners, and internal teams.

-

Communicate routine program information and direct more complex questions to appropriate team members.

-

Collaborate with coworkers to meet project deadlines and support team goals.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, and supporting a busy team.

Education & Experience

-

Associate's degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience required.

-

1–2 years of customer service or customer relations experience preferred.

Experience with project coordination, administrative support, data entry, or documentation processing is a plus.

Work Location & Schedule

Hybrid Work Environment

Generally three days per week in the office.

Remote work flexibility of up to 50%, based on business needs and supervisor approval.

Remote work requires reliable broadband internet, an appropriate workspace, and availability during approved working hours.
