ABOUT THE ROLE
Join a technical delivery team building and launching AI agents for enterprise customers. You will own hands-on implementation from requirements and system design through testing and iteration, helping customers deploy reliable conversational AI solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the architecture and end-to-end execution of customer AI agent builds, from scoping through implementation and evaluation.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to define success criteria and translate requirements into practical build plans.
- Configure agent components, build integrations, and validate that solutions perform reliably in production.
- Test and iterate on agent workflows, surface product gaps, and share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
- Coordinate with technical and customer-facing colleagues to support successful launches and ongoing improvements.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, technical consulting, or implementation engineering.
- Experience shipping production-grade technical solutions for customers, including structured execution, testing, validation, and iteration.
- Ability to write Python code and experience working with APIs and building integrations.
- Background at a technically complex B2B SaaS company, with familiarity integrating enterprise systems such as CRM, ticketing, or data platforms.
- Experience building with or around LLMs, AI agents, conversational systems, or automation workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior technical stakeholders.
- Computer science education or equivalent technical experience and strong technical fundamentals.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary range: CAD $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in San Francisco, California.
