Senior Deep Learning Researcher

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Deep Learning Researcher to join our team. As an individual contributor, you will work alongside world-class researchers in a fast-paced environment, advancing AI and machine learning research with direct applications to HFT and MFT.
Responsibilities
- Conduct original machine learning research to push the frontier of market data modeling;
- Develop and experiment with modern deep learning architectures and training techniques;
- Extract meaningful insights from large, unstructured, and noisy datasets;
- Continually explore new methodologies and technologies to enhance research outcomes.
Requirements
- Extensive research experience in ML, demonstrated through publications at top-tier venues, a strong track record of impactful research projects, or a PhD in a related field;
- Strong background in machine learning, probability, and statistics;
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with modern DL architectures and training methodologies, with particular expertise in Transformers and their variants.;
- Ability to work effectively with AI coding and research agents
