As a Nursing Supervisor, you will play a vital leadership role in fostering a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and accountability. You will oversee daily nursing operations, mentor and support staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and champion patient-centered care across departments. Our leaders are visible, accessible, and deeply invested in supporting frontline teams.
How you’ll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
- Assumes shift accountability for hospital operations and provides direction and assistance to the primary caregivers in patient - care areas.
- Acts as a clinical and administrative resource to staff.
- Coordinates and directs activities in emergency situations.
- Counsels and directs unit resource nurses and staff in provision of direct nursing care.
- Functions as a patient advocate. Investigates and resolves patient/customer and staff complaints.

What we’re looking for:
Applicants should have an active Virginia RN license (single-state) or compact license. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins.
Additional requirements include:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire
- ACLS and PALS preferred

Hourly Range: $38.30 - $51.70
