Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – Full-Time & Part-Time

Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with daily personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, according to their care plans.

- Provide compassionate support and companionship while promoting residents’ dignity and independence.

- Assist with mobility and daily routines as needed.

- Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ conditions to the appropriate supervisor.

- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and team members.

- Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

- Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

- Caregiver certificate and completion of applicable training courses.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Compassion, patience, and an understanding of the aging process.

- Dependability and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

- Availability to work the scheduled shift and every other weekend.

Shifts:

- 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

- 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m.

- 11:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.

- All positions include every other weekend.
