- Recognise clinical red flags and make appropriate onward referrals to GPs, consultants, mental health professionals and other healthcare services.

- Deliver targeted nutrition strategies, workshops, campaigns and practical initiatives that support daily energy, cognitive performance, resilience and long-term health.

- Undertake appropriate anthropometric assessments using validated methods, informed consent and sensitive, inclusive communication.

- Work with Human Performance colleagues and onsite catering teams to review the workplace food environment and make proportionate, evidence-based recommendations.

- Integrate dietetic care with medical, occupational health, physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation, fitness, performance nutrition and mental health services.

- Maintain accurate and secure clinical records using Semble, while meeting requirements for consent, confidentiality, safeguarding, information governance and clinical risk.

- Contribute to clinical audit, service evaluation, peer review, quality improvement and the development of meaningful service standards and outcome measures.

- Use clinical outcomes, service data, employee feedback and current evidence to improve the service continually.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

You will need:

- A degree or postgraduate qualification in Dietetics from an appropriately recognised programme.

- Current Health and Care Professions Council registration as a Dietitian.

- Experience delivering person-centred dietetic assessment and intervention within an appropriately governed healthcare or occupational setting.

- Experience managing an individual caseload, including assessment, goal-setting, care planning, follow-up, outcome evaluation and discharge.

- The clinical judgement to identify risks, recognise red flags and make appropriate referrals or escalations.

- Experience maintaining high-quality clinical records and working effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

- The ability to translate complex clinical and nutritional science into practical, engaging guidance for individuals and groups.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with an approachable, inclusive and non-judgmental style.
