ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage legal AI team as its first product manager, owning an agentic platform for enterprise contracting from strategy through launch. This founding-level role works closely with engineering and customer-facing legal experts to shape the product from zero to one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own product strategy and the roadmap, making clear decisions about what to build and why.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from legal experts working directly with customers to guide product direction.
- Partner with engineering to scope work and plan delivery for AI-assisted development cycles.
- Discuss AI and agent architecture tradeoffs with engineers and quickly prototype concepts using tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Build the product function, including prioritization practices, documentation, launches, and success measurement.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Five to ten years of product management experience on AI-focused engineering teams, including roadmap ownership.
- Experience shipping core AI or LLM products to production in an AI-centric environment.
- Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and agentic systems, including evaluation, latency, model behavior, and context.
- Product management experience at B2B SaaS or AI-native companies, with experience at an early-stage startup, as a founder, or as a first product manager.
- Hands-on prototyping experience with AI developer tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Strong collaboration skills with engineers and practical judgment about scoping and development timelines.
- Experience using SQL or coding agents to analyze product data, such as funnels and cohorts, is useful.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary range: $180,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
