Sourcing Coordinator

Support ARM’s operational and strategic objectives by providing supply chain analysis, insights, and recommendations tailored to the needs
of the facility and group. Ensure that activities within the scope of this position comply with applicable local and international laws,
regulations, and ARM policies.
- Receive and review sourcing requests for completeness, specifications, approvals, and delivery requirements.
- Identify potential suppliers in line with IKTVA & localization requirements and maintain accurate supplier and sourcing records.
- Request, collect, and compare quotations, proposals, and supporting documents.
- Prepare bid comparison sheets and sourcing recommendations for review and approval.
- Coordinate with requestors, buyers, suppliers, finance, and other relevant teams to clarify requirements and resolve delays.
- Follow up on quotations, technical evaluations, approvals, and supplier submissions.
- Support supplier onboarding by collecting required registration, compliance, and qualification documents.
- Maintain sourcing files, quotation records, evaluation documents, and audit trails in the company’s systems.
- Prepare regular reports on sourcing activity, open requests, quotation status, savings, and supplier performance.
- Follow procurement procedures, delegated approval limits, and ethical sourcing requirements.
- Support improvement initiatives that strengthen sourcing efficiency and supplier value.
- Bachelor’s in supply chain management, business administration or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal.
- Mastery of English language & Arabic is a must.
- Knowledge or Prior experience in Oracle system or similar application is preferred. Proficiency in electronic software programs such as MS Office Excel is a must
- 0-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain coordination; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
