Why We Need You!

- As Ivanti continues to evolve its go-to-market strategy, we need an AMER Effectiveness Manager who can translate global priorities into focused regional programs that improve seller productivity, manager effectiveness, and revenue execution.

- In this role, you will serve as a strategic enablement partner to AMER Sales leadership, using performance insights and field feedback to identify capability gaps, shape priorities, and deliver practical solutions for sellers and front-line managers.

- You will connect global enablement strategy with regional execution, driving adoption of sales methodology, onboarding, product and solution launches, manager-led coaching, and continuous learning to improve pipeline quality, conversion, win rates, and revenue performance.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Own and execute the AMER effectiveness strategy and roadmap, aligned with regional business priorities and Ivanti’s global go-to-market enablement strategy.

- Act as a trusted advisor to AMER Sales leadership, translating business goals, performance data, and field feedback into clear enablement priorities and targeted interventions.

- Drive regional adoption and reinforcement of global programs, including Force Management Methodologies, onboarding, product and solution launches, processes, tools, and strategic go-to-market initiatives.

- Conduct structured needs and gap analyses using performance data, stakeholder interviews, call insights, and field observation to identify the highest-impact opportunities.

- Support role-based development programs across the seller lifecycle, from onboarding and new-to-role support through continuous learning, career progression, and leadership readiness.

- Equip front-line managers with practical coaching frameworks, scorecards, deal-review tools, and insights that embed effective coaching into regular team, pipeline, and forecast cadences.

- Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person learning focused on critical sales capabilities such as discovery, qualification, value messaging, executive conversations, negotiation, account planning, opportunity strategy, and deal execution.

- Partner with Regional stakeholders across Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and global Enablement teams to ensure regional needs inform program design, launch plans, content, and reinforcement.

- Collaborate on and build scalable playbooks, workshops, practice experiences, assessments, and certification approaches that translate strategy into consistent seller and manager behaviors.

- Establish a regular operating rhythm with AMER leaders to align priorities, review progress, surface emerging needs, and communicate program plans, risks, and outcomes.

- Define and report on effectiveness measures, including time to productivity, program adoption, skill and behavior change, manager coaching activity, pipeline quality, conversion, win rates, sales productivity, and revenue impact.

- Use data, feedback, and business results to continuously improve programs, retire low-impact activity, and focus resources on the initiatives that matter most to AMER performance.
