ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the founding team of an early-stage AI recruiting startup as a hands-on operator working across product, growth, operations, and partnerships. You will take on high-impact projects that improve the candidate experience and help connect talent with startup opportunities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive founder-priority projects from initial research and planning through execution.
- Improve candidate experience, funnel conversion, and matching outcomes.
- Build scalable operational processes and systems to support growth.
- Support go-to-market work by refining messaging, running experiments, and developing partnerships.
- Turn feedback from candidates and hiring teams into actionable product priorities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Approximately 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience as a Founder Associate, Chief of Staff, or comparable startup operator.
- Ability to work independently across operations, strategy, recruiting, and special projects.
- A strong ownership mindset, sound judgment, and comfort working through ambiguous problems.
- Interest in AI-enabled recruiting and early-stage startups.
- Willingness to work in person alongside the founding team in San Francisco.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary range: $90,000 to $120,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
