ABOUT THE ROLE
Bring experienced construction project management judgment to an AI-powered 4D scheduling product. You will work with product and engineering to shape scheduling tools around how complex construction projects are planned and executed, helping make planning faster and more effective.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help design and build 4D scheduling capabilities that combine 3D models with schedule and planning data.
- Guide product and engineering decisions with practical general contractor experience in construction planning and execution.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings as part of your daily work.
- Collaborate with engineers on technical and AI-related work without needing to code.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 8 to 12 or more years of construction project management experience spanning planning and execution, including end-to-end responsibility for projects or project managers.
- Experience managing multiple complex construction projects across the United States, ideally with a general contractor.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.
- Experience owning schedules in P6/Primavera or 4D/BIM tools, and using or building AI or automation to improve scheduling.
- Construction experience beyond field execution or superintendent work, with planning, scheduling, technology, or AI experience alongside it.
- Civil engineering or construction management background is relevant; candidates must be based in the United States and be a US citizen or Green Card holder.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary is $140,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
LOCATION
Hybrid in San Francisco, California, with in-person team work approximately one week per month.
