Key Responsibilities:
- Follow awarded projects and participate project regular reviews.
- Work with PM to coordinate cross function to ensure project realization.
- Responsible for project related commercial topics.
- Detect, alert any potential risks, propose problem resolution and mitigate customer complaints.
- Lead commercial topics (quotation, PO, delivery, payment etc).
- Develop customer relationship and guarantee customer’s satisfaction.
- Seek new opportunities and lead RFi & RFQ preparation and negotiation.
- Other tasks assigned by manager.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:- Strong background in commerce or business administration, with solid knowledge of business management, commercial operations, and administrative processes.
- Experiences as KAM and project management is expected, especially in automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and French is required. Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office etc)
