QA/QC Manager

- Planning and supervision of the activities of Direct Reportees / Quality Engineers from various projects.
- Regular review meeting with the team members (Quality Engineers) to review the project quality performance and provide required advice / support as required.
- Monitor site management system related to quality and conduct inspections.
- Participation in periodic management review meetings and implementation of agreed actions
- Initiation of new or improved practices, processes and procedures.
- Planning and execution, with others, of regular internal audits of the company’s Quality Management systems.
- To monitor and control Quality processes of civil/ interiors works of various projects
- Review quality procedures and develop Project Quality Plan, Method Statement and Inspection & Test Plan and get it approved by consultant
- Report non-conformities related to civil/ interior workmanship and follow up the action plan
- Initiation of corrective action in the event of system non-conformances.
- Conduct Quality review meetings with engineers and address quality alerts
- Inspection of materials against approved submittals and ensure proper usage of material and storage at site
- Evaluation of company’s practices, processes and procedures with respect to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Standards
- Liaison with external auditors and authorities with regard to Quality matters.
- Liaison with other departments and provision of appropriate training on Quality matters.
