Meet Our Team Join a high-impact team focused on transforming automotive supply chain operations through data, analytics, and AI-driven solutions. We partner with leading automotive organizations to solve complex business challenges across vehicle planning, logistics, fulfillment, traceability, and operational intelligence. What you'll be doing:As a Senior Automotive Supply Chain SME / Business Value Consultant, you will lead workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, prioritize, and define supply chain transformation opportunities. You will translate business challenges into actionable requirements, develop KPIs and value realization frameworks, and help shape AI-enabled operational intelligence solutions. Working closely with business, data, and technology teams, you'll contribute to solution roadmaps, support Control Tower and analytics initiatives, and build executive-level recommendations. Your expertise will help improve visibility, planning, fulfillment, traceability, logistics, and overall supply chain performance while ensuring solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you'll bring to the Team:You bring 20+ years of automotive supply chain experience, ideally within an OEM, Tier-1 supplier, or automotive consulting environment. You possess deep expertise in vehicle order-to-delivery processes, allocation and dealer fulfillment, demand forecasting, supply planning, distribution, logistics, recall management, VIN traceability, vehicle genealogy, and supply chain visibility. You have a proven history of leading transformation initiatives and collaborating with executive stakeholders to drive strategic outcomes. Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills enable you to translate complex business needs into practical solutions. Experience with Supply Chain Control Tower programs, operational intelligence, AI and analytics initiatives, and knowledge of GVID, VIN, and vehicle genealogy concepts are highly valued.
Technical Skills Required- Supply Chain Control Tower platforms and operational intelligence solutions
- Supply chain analytics, business intelligence, and KPI development
- AI/ML-enabled decision support and predictive analytics use cases
- Data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Advanced Excel, data modeling, and business case development
- Requirements gathering, process mapping, and workshop facilitation
- Automotive traceability systems including VIN, GVID, genealogy, and BOM structures
- Demand forecasting, supply planning, logistics, and fulfillment systems
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent enterprise applications
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and supply chain visibility solutions
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and data ecosystems
- Strong understanding of system integration, process transformation, and digital supply chain initiatives
- Executive-level presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Experience partnering with business, data, and technology teams in Agile or hybrid project environments.
