ABOUT THE ROLE
Join the founders of an early-stage AI company building workflow automation for private markets. You will help shape its go-to-market approach, working across sales, product discovery, and customer deployment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with the founders on go-to-market strategy, product work, and company-building.
- Build AI-enabled systems for account research, market intelligence, and relationship mapping.
- Lead discovery with industry experts and turn what you learn into tailored demos and forward-deployed proofs of concept.
- Translate prospect and client conversations into product insights and clearer positioning.
- Advance pilots and deployments by identifying workflows and quantifying customer value.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to three years of professional experience, with work spanning go-to-market, product, and operations.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders at asset servicers, fund managers, or organizations in similarly complex industries.
- Background in private markets, financial services, or another manual, process-heavy sector.
- Ability to bring structure to account research, discovery notes, proof-of-concept plans, and client value cases.
- Daily use of AI beyond basic productivity tasks, and comfort applying it to research and go-to-market work.
- Ownership, curiosity, and a generalist mindset; experience starting or contributing to a project, startup, or organization is valued.
- Prior experience in consulting, investment banking, a startup, go-to-market, sales, or business development is helpful.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
€70,000 to €100,000 annually, plus incentives and meaningful early-stage equity. Visa sponsorship policy was not specified.
LOCATION
On-site in Berlin, Germany. Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin.
