Claims Support Specialist

A Claims Support Specialist is responsible for assisting claims analysts and the claims department by managing claim files, communicating with providers, updating databases and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place for claims processes. This position will include credentialling/contracting back up, provider refund support, calling on overpayments, and various other tasks as needed.
