Sr. Marketing & Business Development Representative

The Marketing & Business Development Representative spends at least 90% of their work hours outside of the office marketing to physicians and developing successful relationships with referral sources (such as hospitals, physician groups, and others) in person.
Essential Functions
- Travel throughout designated region marketing to physicians and developing successful relationships with referral sources
- Attend a minimum of 3 marketing events weekly
- Attend weekly team marketing meetings
- Compile and maintain weekly reports on a timely basis
- Provide monthly projections on marketing goals and strategies
- Develop the strategic plan and execution tactics for all healthcare marketing communications and activities across multiple channels including to consumer/patients, healthcare professionals, providers, payers, and influencers
- Accomplishes marketing and patient recruitment objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and corporate health promotion programs
- Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
- Improves service marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving branding; coordinating new service line development
- Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities
- Support the growth of the LOP Account Development; expand the market; find solutions to problems
- Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing referral data and trends
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining, personal networks, and participating in professional organizations
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Good attendance is expected of all employees as a normal condition of work
- Additional duties as assigned
