ABOUT THE ROLE
Join an early-stage AI software team building products for in-person sales organizations. You will ship customer-facing features across the stack, help shape engineering standards, and take on growing ownership as the team scales.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and ship high-quality, end-to-end product features quickly.
- Develop new functionality from scratch to support the product roadmap.
- Talk with customers and use their needs to guide practical product solutions.
- Help establish strong code quality and technical decision-making practices.
- Grow your scope as the engineering team and product evolve.
- Contribute to recruiting future engineers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- One to three years of software engineering experience, with strong product work and evidence of initiative or entrepreneurial drive.
- Experience shipping user-facing, full-stack features with React or React Native, TypeScript, and Python.
- Experience building products in a fast-paced startup environment, including early-stage or 0-to-1 work.
- Ability to move quickly while maintaining a high bar for quality, with sustained contributions in previous roles.
- Customer-first approach and interest in understanding user needs directly.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure through product delivery, including experience deploying infrastructure on AWS.
- Strong computer science fundamentals and recent technical projects or other evidence of hands-on engineering work.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $192,500 to $258,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
LOCATION
On-site in New York, NY, United States, five days per week.
