Are you ready to shape the future of equipment and fleet operations across a growing construction organization? The Boldt Company is looking for a General Manager, Equipment & Fleet Operations who can build a high-performing, service-driven operation that keeps our projects moving safely and efficiently. You will lead equipment sourcing, maintenance, rentals, yard operations, capital planning, and fleet strategy while partnering with project teams to determine the best buy, rent, or partner solutions.

This opportunity is designed for an experienced equipment or fleet leader who understands both the operational and financial sides of the business. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, at least 15 years of related experience, and five or more years of people management experience. Success in this role requires strong business judgment, financial acumen, a commitment to developing others, and a willingness to maintain an active presence at yards and jobsites.

What You Bring

Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as we may have current or future roles which may better align with experience.

- A bachelor’s degree is required. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

- Minimum of fifteen years of experience in mechanics, equipment, and/or fleet management experience is required.

- Minimum of five years of people management experience.

- A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check.

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $140,000 - $188,000 annually

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $140,000 - $188,000 annually; compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus and participation in applicable company benefit programs.
