Project, Process & Cross-Stream Governance

TD Synnex · Alcobendas, Spain

Job Purpose:

To lead priority mid-sized and large business initiatives while establishing strong cross-stream governance across TD SYNNEX Iberia. The role connects country, regional and EMEA stakeholders through the Country Master Coordination model, aligns the Super User and Subject Matter Expert networks, and drives business process harmonisation, productivity and scalable adoption of automation and AI-enabled improvements.

Responsibilities:

- 1. Project Management & Cross-Stream Delivery•  Lead mid-sized and large projects that are important to the business, from mobilisation and planning through delivery, adoption and closure.

•  Establish fit-for-purpose governance, including scope, milestones, workstream ownership, decision forums, risks, issues, dependencies and escalation paths.

•  Coordinate activities across business functions, countries and central teams, ensuring that cross-stream dependencies are visible, actively managed and resolved.

•  Maintain clear project documentation, plans, status reporting and decision logs, and provide transparent updates to sponsors and stakeholders.

•  Mobilise project teams and business stakeholders, constructively challenge assumptions and drive actions to timely closure.

•  Promote consistent project management standards and coach initiative owners, workstream leads and contributors where required.

2. Country Master Coordination (CMC) & Super User Governance•  Act as the Country Master Coordinator for Iberia and represent the region in the EMEA CMC community.

•  Establish and maintain an effective Iberia Super User Network across the relevant business and system streams, with clear nominations, coverage, responsibilities and succession.

•  Ensure each local stream has an effective liaison with the corresponding central Subject Matter Expert, creating a reliable two-way flow of information, feedback and decisions.

•  Maintain a consolidated cross-stream agenda covering releases, testing, change requests, readiness, training, communications, adoption, risks and local priorities.

•  Ensure Iberia has an effective voice in the wider SME community, either directly through the CMC or through the nominated local Super Users for each stream.

•  Coordinate local readiness for cross-stream changes, including impact assessment, tester and Super User engagement, business validation, knowledge transfer and post-launch follow-up.

•  Create clear governance routines and reporting that provide one consolidated view of country priorities, dependencies, decisions and escalations.

3. Business Process Optimisation (BPO)•  Lead business process optimisation from a cross-stream perspective, using the Super User network and governance forums to identify friction, duplication and improvement opportunities.

•  Drive end-to-end process harmonisation across Spain and Portugal, aligning local practices with EMEA standards while preserving justified country requirements.

•  Facilitate process discovery and redesign with business owners, Super Users, SMEs, IT and operational teams.

•  Prioritise improvements according to business impact, productivity potential, customer or co-worker experience, feasibility, risk and scalability.

•  Define measurable outcomes for agreed initiatives, such as effort reduction, cycle-time improvement, quality, adoption, cost reduction or business impact.

•  Promote a business-first approach that addresses root causes before selecting a technology solution.

•  Ensure AI opportunities are systematically considered within process optimisation, using approved governance and tools and maintaining appropriate human judgement and control.

4. Business Process Automation (BPA) Coordination•  Act as the in-country coordinator for the BPA community in Iberia and represent regional priorities in the relevant EMEA forums.

•  Build and maintain a clear Iberia BPA agenda and roadmap, consolidating new ideas, active initiatives, dependencies, local readiness and adoption status.

•  Create awareness of existing EMEA and country automation capabilities, encouraging reuse and scale before local duplication.

•  Capture and qualify new automation opportunities with business owners, linking each proposal to the underlying process, expected benefit, ownership and adoption plan.

•  Coordinate local participation in discovery, validation, testing, rollout and benefit realisation for new BPA initiatives.

•  Drive communication, implementation and adoption of approved automations across the relevant functions and user communities.

•  Connect BPA, process optimisation and AI agendas so that automation investments support harmonised, efficient and scalable ways of working.

5. Stakeholder, Change & Adoption Management•  Build trusted working relationships with senior leaders, business owners, stream leads, local Super Users, central SMEs, IT, Operational Excellence and external parties where required.

•  Translate complex cross-functional topics into clear decisions, actions and communications for different audiences.

•  Create structured change and adoption plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, support, usage follow-up and continuous improvement.

•  Escalate material risks or unresolved cross-stream conflicts with clear options and recommendations.

•  Foster an active community mindset based on knowledge sharing, reuse, collaboration and continuous improvement.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

- Demonstrable experience managing mid-sized and large cross-functional projects through the full project lifecycle.

•  Strong knowledge of project and programme governance, including planning, reporting, risk, issue, dependency and stakeholder management.

•  Experience coordinating multiple workstreams, business functions and countries in a matrix organisation.

•  Experience building or governing Super User, key user, champion or SME networks.

•  Practical experience in business process analysis, process harmonisation, continuous improvement or operational excellence.

•  Understanding of business process automation and the lifecycle from idea intake and prioritisation to testing, deployment, adoption and benefit tracking.

•  Ability to identify practical AI opportunities in business processes and support responsible, value-led adoption.

•  Excellent facilitation, communication and influencing skills, with confidence working at all organisational levels and across cultures.

•  Ability to convert complex and abstract information into clear governance, roadmaps, priorities, decisions and actions.

•  Proactive and autonomous working style, with strong organisation, attention to detail and a pragmatic focus on outcomes.

•  Strong written and spoken English and Spanish; Portuguese is an advantage.

•  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with collaboration, workflow, reporting and process-mapping tools is valued.

•  Degree educated or equivalent professional experience. A recognised project management or process-improvement qualification is desirable.

Measures of Success•  Priority projects deliver with clear governance, managed dependencies and effective stakeholder alignment.

•  Iberia has complete and active Super User coverage, with effective links to the corresponding central SMEs.

•  A single, prioritised cross-stream agenda provides visibility of changes, decisions, risks, testing, readiness and adoption.

•  Process improvements generate measurable gains in productivity, consistency, quality or experience.

•  BPA and AI-enabled initiatives progress through a clear roadmap and achieve local implementation, adoption and benefit realisation.

•  Iberia actively contributes to, and benefits from, the EMEA CMC, SME and BPA communities.
