Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating great customer experiences? Lex Heating & Air is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team!
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be one of the first people our customers connect with when they need help with their heating and air conditioning systems. You'll answer questions, schedule service appointments, and help customers find solutions while working closely with our dispatchers and service teams.

What You'll Do

Be the first point of contact: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing friendly, professional service.

Help customers find solutions: Answer questions about HVAC services, understand customer concerns, and provide accurate information.

Schedule service appointments: Coordinate with dispatch to schedule appointments and help ensure customers receive timely service.

Keep communication flowing: Work closely with dispatchers, technicians, and other team members to provide a smooth customer experience.

Stay organized: Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, service requests, transactions, and feedback.

Solve problems: Address customer concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when needed.

Make every interaction count: Help uphold Lex Heating & Air's commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For

At least 3 years of customer service experience.

Call center experience strongly preferred.

Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home services industry is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable using computers, customer databases, and call center software.

ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

A positive attitude, dependability, and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Work Environment
This position operates in an office environment and requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. The role frequently involves using a computer and other standard office equipment and occasionally moving items weighing up to 20 pounds. The ability to communicate and exchange accurate information with internal and external stakeholders is required. The position may require working under centrally controlled fluorescent lighting.
