**What You Will Do**
- Keep the lab running smoothly by handling order entry, specimen pick-up, transportation, tracking, receipt, and processing—basically, you'll be the lab's MVP ensuring nothing falls through the cracks!
- Master our pre and post-analytic laboratory equipment and automation systems—think of yourself as the tech-savvy problem-solver who keeps everything humming along.
- Bring your A-game to every interaction with patients, laboratory staff, and caregivers—your friendly, professional demeanor makes everyone's day a little better.
- Navigate our information systems like a pro to manage tasks efficiently and keep our laboratory processes accurate and on point.
- Roll up your sleeves and occasionally perform phlebotomy services when needed at your site—expanding your skills and supporting the team where it matters most.
Required Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.
