ABOUT THE ROLE
Bring an AI-powered platform to life at automotive dealerships across the U.S. and Canada. You will lead launches, train dealership teams, and work with internal partners to help customers adopt the platform successfully.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead on-site launches at dealership locations and help ensure smooth go-lives.
- Deliver engaging, hands-on training for dealership staff across different roles.
- Partner with dealership leaders to explain the solution's business value and support adoption.
- Troubleshoot implementation challenges in real time.
- Document launch outcomes and transition accounts to downstream teams.
- Share field insights with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to improve onboarding and customer experience.
- Travel regularly to dealerships and build trusted relationships with staff and leadership.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 1 year of customer-facing experience in training, onboarding, service, or support.
- Experience leading on-site go-lives or product launches and training people across multiple roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and document outcomes for handoffs to other teams.
- Experience sharing customer and field feedback with cross-functional teams and communicating solution value to organizational leaders.
- Background in SaaS, automotive, phone systems, field training, deployment, or customer onboarding is beneficial.
- Comfort using AI tools to support training, documentation, or workflows. English/French or English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $70,000 to $85,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship details were not provided.
LOCATION
Remote within the U.S., based near a major airport, with approximately three weeks of on-site travel per month across the U.S. and Canada. Primary location: Canada.
