- Responds to patient inquiries via telephone and email.
Context & Purpose
- Scheduling sleep study appt for Muncie and Fishers Sleep Labs.
Responsibilities of Role
- Receive inbound patient calls, execute outbound patient calls, assigned a sleep lab(s) to be liaison, create electronic patient charts, patient packet emails/req mail
- Sleep lab liaison, greeting patients for sleep studies
Other Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical coding preferred.
- Experience with Cerner is preferred
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Requires working knowledge of computers.
