This role involves:
- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee, specialty beverages, teas, and other menu items in accordance with Aroma Coffee brand standards.
- Delivering exceptional guest service and creating positive customer experiences during concerts, sporting events, corporate functions, and daily operations.
- Operating and maintaining espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
- Supporting sales growth through product knowledge, upselling, and promotional recommendations.
- Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and presentation standards across all coffee stations and service areas.
- Assisting with stock control, inventory management, waste reduction, and operational readiness.
- Working collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to support successful event delivery across Coca-Cola Arena.
- Adapting to a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining service excellence and product consistency.

You should have:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Barista training or coffee preparation certification is desirable.
- Food Safety, HACCP, or relevant food handling certification is advantageous.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Barista, Café, Coffee Shop, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage service role.
- Previous experience operating espresso machines and preparing specialty coffee beverages.
- Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Arabic is a plus.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
- Strong customer service and guest engagement skills.
- Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, milk texturing, espresso extraction, and beverage presentation.
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, HACCP principles, and allergen awareness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and waste minimisation practices.
- Ability to follow operational procedures, checklists, and service standards.
- Sales awareness with the ability to upsell products and promote special offers.
