Job Summary
This position is responsible for building and managing an effective divisional project team that implements and coordinates management of complex programs and projects, manages relationships between internal/external client organizations; including management of project budgets, workload, developing strategies and processes; also responsible for workforce development of staff
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and 6 years? experience in business analysis, system implementation efforts, strategic consulting, or project management.
- Comfortable with change, and working in a flexible and dynamic work environment.
- Understanding of / experience with the SDLC.
- Analytical and information synthesis skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring staff.
- Experience solving complex enterprise issues.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with developing relationships and interacting successfully with senior management and staff across multiple departments.
- Organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Presentation and group facilitation experience.
- Creativity and innovation, analysis and implementation skills and experience.
- Business acumen and project/process integration skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Consulting experience.
- Health Care or Insurance Industry experience.
- Previous Solution Delivery Methodology or CMMI experience.
- PMP Certification preferred.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: requires 3 days in office; 2 days remote

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range$102,000.00 - $184,300.00
