Part Time Senior Companion – Winter Haven, FL
We are seeking an attentive and compassionate caregiver to provide constant care and companionship for an adult in Winter Haven, FL 33884. This position involves supporting their daily routine, aiding with personal care, and assisting with engaging activities they enjoy, such as walking, crafts, games, swimming, and shopping.
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-3pm
Family Specifications:
- 3 dogs in the home
- Smoke-free home
- Values a caregiver who can provide constant supervision, engaging companionship, and patient personal care support
Responsibilities:
- Provide constant care, supervision, and active companionship
- Assistance with personal hygiene and personal care needs
- Assistance with medical reminders and non-medical health needs
- Meal preparation
- Transportation for local errands, shopping trips, and community outings
Requirements:
- Proven experience in adult caregiving or senior companion care
- Ability to safely assist with personal care and mobility support
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record for transportation responsibilities
Compensation:
- $15-$17per hour (commensurate with experience)
- Mileage reimbursement when using your own vehicle for errands
